Hey Spartans, if you are ever absent or just want to go back to see announcements because something really cool caught your attention.

Go to the Southeast webpage, scroll down and you will see the current announcements. If you want to see older announcements, click on SEE ALL POSTS.

From there you can click on any date, and either view the video, or quickly read through the printed copy to find practice times, club announcements, or just general information. 

It’s getting close to the end of the year and our courtyard party, so let's start getting our entertainment ready!! Do you play guitar or drums? Do you sing? Are you READY TO ROCK?! 

It's time for BATTLES OF THE BANDS!!! Bands will perform during the lunch hours on Friday, May 15th. For signup and additional information, see Mr. Philbrick in the band room 162.

Students!! I know that the weather is nice out, but please remember to stay in dress code. We still need to come to school with long enough shorts/skirts (mid thigh) and shirts that cover our chest and belly. You will be asked to change if you are not in dress code, and we have limited clothing options available in the student office.

Seniors!! Please look at your canvas dashboard. We have a google form for you to click on and upload information for Senior Recognition Night. Please fill it out, so you can be recognized.

Clubs/Opportunities

Key Club will meet Tuesday, April 21, 3:25-3:45, in room 110 to discuss upcoming volunteer opportunities and our end-of-the-year ice cream party.  There will be an optional after-meeting activity from 3:45-4:45.

Sports

Any Spartans that want to try out for Poms team should pick up a tryout packet in the Main Office. Tryouts are April 16-18.

Awards/Celebrations

Coach Hamilton, our boys basketball coach, and Senator Doris Turner have teamed up to promote non violence in schools. Many things will be offered from this grant money, but one thing everyone enjoyed last year and could participate in was Gift Card Giveaway Friday. All you have to do is be referral free, that includes cell phone, headphones, and dress code referrals. There is a little bit of a difference this year, instead of being referral free for the WHOLE year, Coach Hamilton wants students to reflect on their referrals, make necessary changes, and get another chance at a gift card. So each month is a fresh start. How do you know if you win? Watch Friday morning announcements. The wheel will spin and name 3 big winners of $50 gift cards to be claimed in the student office. So check those Friday morning announcements and stay referral free each month!
