Go to the Southeast webpage, scroll down and you will see the current announcements. If you want to see older announcements, click on SEE ALL POSTS. From there you can click on any date, and either view the video, or quickly read through the printed copy to find practice times, club announcements, or just general information. | Reminder cell phones and ear buds are off and away during the school day. Please clean up after yourself during lunch in the cafeteria, commons, and on the courtyard. Please keep your lockers locked, and do not share with your friends. From the College Room… TODAY- Blackburn University will be in the College Room at 9:40 - sign the clipboard to receive a pass. Wednesday - The Air Force and Lincoln Land will be in the Commons at lunch. Thursday - LLCC Career Expo field trip. |
ㅡ Clubs/Opportunities | Key Club will meet on Tuesday, September 22, at 3:25 in room 110. We will have snacks, play games, and discuss great volunteer opportunities! There will also be an optional after-meeting volunteer opportunity 3:45-4:45 in Mrs. Wilkinson’s room. Homecoming is right around the corner--Saturday, September 26. If you are bringing a date from another school, you MUST fill out a date request form. These are now available in the main office, and due back Thursday, September 24th. Any questions, please see Mrs.Barcik in Room 103. Homecoming tickets will be on sale in the commons. They will be $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Seniors, if you are interested in running for Homecoming court, forms are available in the main office. They are due TODAY by the end of the day. Homecoming spirit week!!! ㅡ Awards/CelebrationsCoach Hamilton, our boys basketball coach, and Senator Doris Turner have teamed up to promote non violence in schools. Many things will be offered from this grant money, but one thing everyone enjoyed last year and could participate in was Gift Card Giveaway Friday. All you have to do is be referral free, that includes cell phone, headphones, and dress code referrals. There is a little bit of a difference this year, instead of being referral free for the WHOLE year, Coach Hamilton wants students to reflect on their referrals, make necessary changes, and get another chance at a gift card. So each month is a fresh start. How do you know if you win? Watch Friday morning announcements. The wheel will spin and name 3 big winners of $50 gift cards to be claimed in the student office. So check those Friday morning announcements and stay referral free each month! |
